DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURING
Magor is a plastic injection mold manufacturer specialized in producing molds for medical disposable products, and "Design for Manufacturing" is the framework for each mold we produce. We are focused on producing the highest quality molds and services while creating and maintaining long term partnerships with our customers. Medical products we have produced molds for include syringes, infusion therapy systems, dialysis equipment,
respiratory and anesthesia devices, female care, and medical delivery devices.
Magor has dedicated groups to manage each part of a project. They are Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Engineering, Quality, Service and Repair, and Process Development and Optimization. Together they practice our E.P.I.C. core values as listed below:

Magor is located in 30,000 square feet of temperature-controlled space in southern California and we make regular annual capital investments to utilize the most up-to-date and efficient tools for engineering and manufacturing the molds we produce. We also invest for the future in an equally important way with our apprentices who are vital to the continuing growth and expansion of the base of knowledge we have at Magor.
