PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & OPTIMIZATION

Magor performs rigorous scientific testing to molds we build or molds which have come from other sources our clients require support with. We are fully equipped with three electric presses at 55, 176, and 350 tons, to perform complete process development and optimization of all the molds we build, modify, or repair. We have all the necessary peripheral equipment to run the molds plus a vision system and contact probe CMM to collect the part sizes during the development phase. When we deliver your mold, you can be confident it will be Magor ready.
